Clothes, barbers, tattoos
Crime pays, might as well show it. Same catalogue everywhere, only the bill changes with the brand. You pay for every piece you change, and nothing for what you take off.
Clothes#
14 stores, 4 brands. Every store carries the full catalogue: the difference is the price. Clothes, barbers and tattoo parlors share the same rule: in a district held by your gang, your purchases here are 10% off.

A basic top costs $300, pants $200, shoes $150, a mask $150, a watch $300, before the brand multiplier. Every piece you change is paid once, taking things off is free. The total shows before you confirm; walk out without confirming and you leave as you came, nothing paid.
You try things on right there in the store: no fitting room, no invincibility. If you take a hit, the store hands control back to you at once, nothing bought.
Barbers#
7 shops, from cheapest to priciest:

Cut and colour are paid separately ($150 and $100 base). Beard ($80), eyebrows, makeup, blush, lipstick, chest hair: each has its price. Shaving it all off is free.
Tattoo parlors#
The game's 6 parlors, with the full online catalogue. Your character strips down to bare chest and legs, you click a zone on the silhouette, and every tattoo previews live on hover. Filter by collection, search, sort by price. Your outfit comes back when you leave.
- Price: 50% of the game price, at least $250.
- Laser removal: $500 per tattoo, from the My skin tab.
- 80 tattoos max, kept on your character. Past that, get one removed.
With stars on you, none of these shops will serve you. Lose the cops before you go shopping. At the tattoo parlor, if you pick up stars mid-session, you're shown the door.
The bank pays first. You can get a new look with empty pockets, as long as your account can cover it.
Some designs are : the teardrop, the prison tattoo, the scar. They're , and the parlor won't touch them.
