Snacks and tools
24/7 · LTDThe convenience store counter, empty-handed this time. Something to get you back on your feet between shootouts, to pick a friend up, and the gear for the jobs.
Buying#
At the counter of any of the 19 stores, empty-handed: gun in hand, that's a robbery. The item sits on the counter like at the gun store, you take one, a batch or fill up. It's all cash, and it stays on you from one session to the next. You eat and drink from your inventory. In a district held by your gang, your purchases here are 10% off.
Five shelves: snacks, drinks, care, tools, and the pet aisle for your dog.
Snacks and drinks#
| Item | Price | Health back |
|---|---|---|
| P's & Q's | $5 | 15 |
| EgoChaser | $15 | 35 |
| Meteorite | $25 | 50 |
| eCola | $5 | 10 |
| Sprunk | $8 | 20 |
| Pisswasser | $12 | 40, and blurry vision |
10 things to eat and drink on you, all kinds together, and 5 s between two. Your health runs from 100 (dead) to 200 (full): a Meteorite gives back half your bar.
No snacks for 30 s after trading shots with a player. A gunfight is won by shooting, not by whoever eats fastest. NPCs and cops don't count.
Medkit#
$2,000, 1 on you. You don't eat it: it's for picking up a downed teammate, E next to him, 8 s on one knee, and he's back up at full health. The kit is used up. See Death and respawn.
Job tools#
| Tool | Price | On you | What for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drill | $3,500 | 1 | The deposit boxes of a Fleeca |
| Blowtorch | $2,500 | 1 | The vault gate of a Fleeca |
| Crowbar | $750 | 1 | The containers at the docks |
| Bolt cutter | $2,000 | 1 | Your prison locker, after a breakout. Single use |
| Hacking device | $20,000 | 1 | Another player's locked car |
| Spray can | $150 | 3 | Putting up your tag |
| Solvent | $300 | 2 | Wiping someone else's tag |
The hacking device is the only way into another player's locked car: 10 s at the door, no alarm, and it starts up. The owner gets warned and tracks it on his map. It's all in Garages.
Tools wear down with every use and get tossed at zero. Heist explosives (sticky bomb, tear gas) aren't sold here: get them at the gun store.
Pet aisle#
Kibble ($40), premium dog food ($120), treats ($25), tennis ball ($60) and GPS collar ($800). Not for you: you give them to your dog from the inventory. Details in Dogs.
When you die#
Everything you bought here stays on your body: food, kits, tools. Anyone can search you and walk off with it. A tool picked up keeps the wear it had.
The drill loses , the blowtorch , the hacking device , so per device. One spray can makes , one solvent wipes .
