Hiring#
It all happens in the Uber Bagarre app on your phone. Your hire shows up by car and joins you. They fill your squad up to 4, you included: no gang means 3 hires. They count for heists and turf, and only you and your squad can see them.

Level means your reputation level. Three ways to pay, picked when you hire:
Contract30 min
- Everything up front, can be extended.
- Letting him go refunds 50% of the time left.
Salaryevery 5 min
- A hiring fee, then pay every period.
- Bank first, then cash. Miss a payment and he walks.
Loot cut45% max
- Cheap to hire, then a percentage of your criminal earnings.
- Only jobs done with him within 150 m. Never the turf racket.
What he does for you#
- Follows you everywhere: in cars, in your homes, in your garages.
- Defends the squad against anyone shooting at you or holding you up.
- If the cops haul you in, he hits the convoy.
- After 15 s out of combat, he patches himself up.
- Stripes: one every 5 kills, up to 5. Each adds 15 health and some accuracy.
Logging off? Your hires wait for you, contract frozen, and come back on their own when you return, for up to 7 days.
In a gang, a hire taken on by a member belongs to the gang: his salary is split between online members, and he moves on to another member when you leave.

Die for real (respawn, not a revive) and your muscle walks out on you. Nothing is refunded, and the gun you gave them goes with them. A gang hire goes home and comes back to another member instead, not to you for 10 min. And when they kill, you're the one catching the stars.
