Crew and loot

Read first

Who you roll with, what you carry, how the bag gets split and when it's really yours. The rules shared by every job.

The crew#

Your crew is your group: your gang members who are online, plus your henchmen (Uber Bagarre app), 4 max in game. No gang? A solo player with henchmen is a group of his own.

JobMinimumYou also need
Convenience storesoloa gun
Jewelry storesoloa gun
Fleeca2drill, blowtorch
Armored truck2 onlinesticky bomb
Paleto2level 15, drill
Pacific Standard3 inside the banklevel 25, contract, thermite

The minimum counts both players and henchmen. For the truck, you just need enough people online to get the tip; in the banks, the players have to be inside the branch when you kick it off.

Tools#

Drills and blowtorches are sold in convenience stores: walk up to the counter empty-handed. They stay with you between sessions but wear out: 10% per box drilled, 20% per gate cut. At zero, they're junk. Check their condition in your inventory.

Sticky bombs (3 on you at most) and tear gas come from the gun store, thermite from the Pacific Planner. They're not weapons: they stay in your inventory and get planted on the spot, at the right place during a heist. You can't throw them. Die, and all your tools stay on your body.

The bag#

In a bank or at the jewelry store, every take fills your bag, and it shows on your back. It only turns into money once it's safe: far from the scene, zero stars, a few seconds. In the banks, not before the cops have shown up.

JobPaid when
Convenience storeyou walk away from the counter
Armored truckeach bag picked up
Jewelry storecops lost, 200 m away, as jewels at the fence
Fleecacops lost, 250 m away
Paletocops lost, 400 m away
Pacific Standardcops lost, 600 m away

Die before that? The bag stays on your body, as cash, for the first one to search it. Log off? It drops to the ground. And once it's paid, it's cash: you lose it on death like the rest. The jewelry store is the one exception: the jewels go into the fence's storage, to sell at the day's rate in the Exchange app.

The split#

Whoever gets the bag to safety splits it evenly with the online crew members who were on the job. For a bank, being in the building with the crew is enough: the guy holding the lobby gets as much as the guy drilling. At the truck, you have to be near the bag when it's picked up; at the jewelry store, you need to have grabbed at least one case.

Reputation bonus#

Each reputation level above the first adds 1% to your heist earnings, up to +40%. Every heist also earns 150 points, plus 1 point per $100 made.

After the job#

The loot pumps up your bounty: 25% of what you cash in. And when it's all over, every participant gets a job report in the My record app (your record): loot, duration, stars, one line per crew member, and the MVP (whoever took the most, counting kills and deaths). A firefight you barely walk away from can also leave you a scar, for good.

What the cops won't tell you#

Classified

Your henchmen count toward the Fleeca and Paleto minimum . Not at the Pacific: . In the banks and at the truck, the reputation bonus on a share is : a high-level crewmate doesn't pump up yours.
